1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the platform, websites, and training services provided by ADNOVA Learning Solutions Pvt. Ltd., you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
2. Training Service Mandates
All training requests submitted via the portal represent service inquiries. Official engagement contracts, Statements of Work (SOW), deliverables, syllabus schedules, and commercial terms are formalized in separate bilateral institutional agreements.
3. Trainer Representation & Conduct
Instructors registered with the ADNOVA Trainer Network act as professional consultants. Trainers agree to uphold high standards of academic integrity, confidentiality regarding proprietary client software, and punctual execution of scheduled batches.
4. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, service marks, logo designs, 3D network visualizations, and proprietary curriculum outlines displayed on this platform are the property of ADNOVA Learning Solutions Pvt. Ltd. and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
